Friends and visitors Guests are allowed a maximum of 8 visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. Only two people are allowed to spend a night in the pod. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any small group must comply with our house rules regarding noise and visitor numbers. Guests are to allow the service team access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access reasonably and advise beforehand. The engineering room downstairs is entirely off-limits to any guests or visitors. The roof area is entirely off-limits to any guests or visitors. Do not visit neighbouring boats without an invitation. Kitchen Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind. Please throw any kitchen scraps into the container under the sink for organic waste. To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items where you initially found them. Appliances and utilities The optimum temperature for the thermostat is between 75-80°F for air conditioning. Please make sure you switch off lights, fans, or other small electrical appliances when you go out. The same applies to the air conditioner – we’re an eco-friendly property! In the unlikely case of a power outage, please give the automated systems 20 minutes to reboot before calling us. Please do not unplug the walkie-talkies inside the pod. They should be charged at all times and used in case of emergencies. Please handle all the appliances with extra care. Security Any time guests leave the property, they must ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. For your convenience, we have provided a safe deposit box. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings or other property. If you lost something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning. Fire and Monodioxide alarms Do not tamper with these alarm systems. In case of a fire alarm, follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached to the inside of the staircase. Outriggers, Solar panels & generator Guests are not allowed to tamper with the generator or adjust the solar panels on the outriggers. Balcony area Please do not hang laundry off the balcony railing. Do not place excess force on the balcony railing. No jumping from the balcony, the roof, or the windows. Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, the roof, or the patio. Guests can only smoke outdoors in the designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the floor or into the ocean. You should instead dispose of them in the rubbish bin provided. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Discovering guests smoking inside the property will also result in the loss of the security deposit. Damages and breakages Always report any accidental damages or breakages promptly, especially before check-out. Please don’t take any bath towels with you to the beach. There are beach towels for that. It is prohibited to take anything from the property inventory (pillows, linen, towels, etc.) General Please remove your shoes before entering the property. Be careful going up and down the spiral staircase. Consider headroom and clearance at all times. Litter and waste management Do not through any objects or tissues down the toilet. Please use the bins provided. For your convenience, we have provided you with Eco - friendly products. Please do not throw any chemicals down the drain. Do not throw any objects into the ocean. Organic waste & coffee grinds can be thrown into the composter under the kitchen sink. Furniture In case of spillage, please inform us promptly. Please DO NOT use any cleaning products on the furniture. No pets are allowed on the furniture. Other Wifi Internet is available in the entire pod. The password is provided at check-in. Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. If you need to check out earlier during your stay, for whatever reason, you must inform Guest Relations before departure. In case of cancellation of further stay by Management caused due to misbehaviour and disrespect of the rules, management reserves the right to charge for the entire length of stay as per reservation.
